A Stone House in the Heart of Sithonia

Amira House is a 41 m² stone-built house from 2025 in Sykia — built the traditional way, which keeps it cool even in August. It comfortably sleeps 4: a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

Morning coffee comes from the Nespresso machine and tastes best in the garden, under the pergola. The village square — with its bakery, kafeneia and tavernas — is a 2-minute walk away, and Sykia beach is 5 minutes by car. In the evening, the stone BBQ takes care of dinner.

And if you need anything, we're close by: we live in the area all year round and answer on WhatsApp throughout the day — from taverna recommendations to a late check-in.
