How these guides are written
They're written by Minas Eleftheriadis, owner of Amira House, who has lived in Sykia year-round for several years — not only in August.
Three rules apply across every article: all distances are measured from Sykia so they can be compared against each other; we write the drawbacks of a place as well as the good parts; and we don't name businesses that change every season, because a list written last year sends you somewhere wrong this year.
